In my own little corner of the world, I'm preparing for a new Director of Technology. Because of the popularity of The First 90 Days, I assume that any new leader is running a similar framework, and prepare myself accordingly.

There's also a quote here that wonderfully sums up a concept I've been internalizing and, in much messier terms, evangelizing to my peers:
