Accelerate [Review] by Stefan Wolpers.

I'm trying to find the right balance between asking my team to read a book that I know will be beneficial for them, and the reality that members of my team have families, obligations, and just plain the need to get away from Tech when not in the office.

I'm arriving at something like this: Recommend the book, advise 'at least a skim', source and offer the best TLDR post for those who realistically won't be able to read the book.
